Entry-Level Pool Construction Supervisor to join our team. This is a great opportunity to

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate daily activities of construction crew ( Divers License a must )

Ensure work is completed on time, per project plans, and to high-quality standards

Enforce safety protocols and lead safety meetings

Inspect construction work for quality control

Track materials and equipment usage

Communicate with clients, answer questions, and address concerns

Assist in training new crew members

Troubleshoot on-site issues to keep projects on track

Qualifications:

Previous experience in construction (pool construction a plus)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work outdoors and handle physical tasks

Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Motivated and eager to learn
