In search of experienced apartment Maintenance Technician for Statesville apartment community. Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm. Responsibilities include:

- HVAC

- light electrical

- light plumbing

- drywall

- carpentry

- grounds maintenance

- small engine repair

- and other apartment turn-over jobs

- EPA HVAC Certification required
