Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise a team of electrical technicians and maintenance staff

- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime

- Coordinate with other departments to schedule and prioritize electrical work

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards

- Provide technical guidance and support to team members

- Collaborate with project managers on electrical projects

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions

- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical systems

Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical supervision or a related field

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations

- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills

- Experience with CMMS software for maintenance tracking and reporting

- Project management skills to oversee electrical projects from start to finish

- Familiarity with low voltage systems and equipment

⁃ All inspections or last minute/urgent tickets should be created and turned in for that days task with material pulled

⁃Check upcoming jobs that are in the vault minimum of 3 days out we also are checking on any crews in your area. We check on the crews daily as long as they are on these jobs

⁃ You should be walking finished jobs (Roughs ,Trims , Temp powers , and sawpoles) for competition and for inspection

⁃ While at each neighborhood talk to your builder in person if possible create a relationship

⁃ Before leaving your job check emails

⁃ It’s very important that we create relationships with our inspectors, call them with questions

⁃ As supervisors it’s very important that you help train the crews make them better electricians help trouble shoot issues on trims
