Virtual Union Benefits Representative (No Experience Necessary)

Job Description:

Our company is currently experiencing explosive growth in the Carolina’s. We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented person with good communication skills to join our team. This is a remote position, ideal for someone looking for flexibility to work from anywhere, and a no ceiling commission-based earning opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist working families, who are members of labor unions, credit unions and associations in understanding and enrolling in their benefits

Make an outbound call to a warm lead that requested our service, perform presentation over zoom call

Meet performance goals and earn commission based on productivity

Qualifications:

High school education or equivalent required

No prior experience necessary – we’ll provide all the training you need.

Be able to complete an insurance licensing course and pass state exam.

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to work independently

Have a laptop and reliable internet connection, be comfortable using online communication tools like zoom.

Residence be in NC, SC, VA, GA
