Janitorial Contract - $1900 monthly (7 days a Wk) (Concord, NC)

1. 6am arrival, clean and sanitize Men’s room first then women’s

2. Dust Mop lumber and main aisles (racetrack)

3. Use scrubber on main aisles (racetrack) and 25% of interior aisles

4. Refresh restroom (restock, touch ups if needed)

Return daily between 2PM - 5PM for 30min refresh to bathrooms.
