Registered Nurse (RN) Needed - Per Visit/As Needed for Non-Medical Hom

We are a reputable non-medical home care agency, established in 2008, seeking a reliable and experienced RN for as-needed, per-assignment visits in clients' homes.

Key Duties Include:

- Conducting initial assessments and creating personalized care plans

- Performing supervisory visits to ensure quality of care

- Monitoring and validating caregiver skills and performance

This is a flexible position with no set hours – perfect for supplementing your income or working around your schedule. Assignments typically last 15 minutes to 1 hour, and pay is competitive per assignment (rate discussed during interview based on experience and location).

Qualifications:

- Active RN license in NC

- Current negative TB test (or willing to obtain)

- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in Charlotte, Waxhaw and Matthews

- Experience in home care or supervisory roles preferred

- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
