Account Manager

Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Client Services Manager in the Financial Services industry, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. As an Account Manager, you will be the main point of interaction for clients, addressing their inquiries, and guiding them through processes. You will also collaborate with financial advisors or CPAs involved in the clients' company's 401k plan.Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact for all small to midsize clients Efficiently guide clients to achieve their goals with the company Handle annual data requests from clients in a manner similar to a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Collaborate with clients' financial advisors or Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) who are involved in managing the 401k plan Communicate company initiatives and strategies to clients and stakeholders Provide clear and understandable assistance, ensuring the resolution of complex issues.Requirements Proficiency in 3M. Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems. Experience with ADP - Financial Services. Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode. Ability to use CRM tools effectively. Proficient with About Time software. Understanding of Accounting Functions. Experience with Billing Functions. Ability to manage Budget Processes. Experience in Campaign Planning. Possession of Basic Math Skills. Familiarity with 401k - RRSP Administration. Experience in Benefits Payroll. Knowledge of Client Server systems.
