The OpportunityAs part of the Data and Analytics team you lead the implementation and support of FircoSoft products, maintaining seamless integration and functionality. As a Manager you supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive client engagement workstreams by solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. You are also responsible for managing Fircosoft implementations, developing project plans, drafting business, functional and technical requirements, and providing production support for Firco backend services on Unix servers.Responsibilities

Lead the implementation and support of FircoSoft products

Oversee seamless integration and functionality of FircoSoft solutions

Supervise, develop, and coach team members

Manage client service accounts and drive engagement workstreams

Analyze and solve complex problems to deliver exceptional results

Develop project plans and draft business, functional, and technical requirements

Provide production support for Firco backend services on Unix servers

Utilize strategic planning to enhance project success

What You Must Have

Bachelor's Degree

5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

Bachelor's Degree in Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Engineering, Statistics preferred

Understanding of FircoSoft products

Managing Fircosoft implementations

Providing production support for Firco backend services

Working with financial transaction message types

Experience in FircoSoft tool testing and tuning

Demonstrating proficiency in SQL

Possessing exposure to data analysis tools

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
