Project Manager (NetSuite)
North Carolina, Charlotte, 28201 Charlotte USADescription Position Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager Consultant with deep expertise in NetSuite ERP implementations. This individual will be crucial in driving the successful deployment of our NetSuite ERP system, serving as the central point of contact between our business operations and the ERP integration team. The role requires strong oversight of the project's timeline, budget, and scope, ensuring the system aligns with business needs.Primary Responsibilities:
Project Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of the NetSuite ERP implementation, ensuring the project remains on schedule, within defined scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the main liaison between our business and the ERP integrator, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project.
Documentation & Communication: Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including regular status updates, risk evaluations, and progress reports for stakeholders.
Control & Governance: Implement and uphold project controls to ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards. Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Reporting: Regularly update senior leadership on the project's progress, highlighting key milestones, risks, and opportunities.
Change Management: Assist the organization in navigating changes related to the ERP deployment, facilitating a seamless transition to the new system.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that the final solution meets business requirements and performs optimally through thorough testing and validation.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with a focus on ERP system implementations, particularly NetSuite.
ERP Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing NetSuite ERP implementations, with a comprehensive understanding of its modules and features.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information effectively to various stakeholders.
Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, capable of driving collaboration across diverse teams.
Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying issues and developing effective solutions to ensure project success.
Certification: Preferred certifications include PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent in project management.
