Lead Attorney, Corporate Litigation

Honeywell is hiring a Lead Attorney, Corporate Litigation to sit in Charlotte, NC. Responsible for providing counsel to management within the company, coordinate with outside legal counsel and may take on a mentoring role within the legal department. You will analyze and summarize complicated legal documents, including contracts; making suggestions for alterations of those documents. You will anticipate and mitigate potential legal problems within the organization and developing strategies to avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk. Juris Doctor (JD)
