Assists with the implementation of new technologies and tools to improve the organization's internal operations and data delivery. Assists with managing the organization in the deployment. Responsible for providing direction and leadership, hiring, training, development, and performance management of the IT support desk team.WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUMRequired Qualifications

Experience :

1+ years of IT work experience

Education :

BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS or related field or equivalent work experience

Technical Skills:

Skills :

Basic computer skills, with proficiency with Word and Excel

Knowledge of computer and/or network systems, applications, procedures and techniques

Experience leading others and providing constructive feedback

Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively and collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders

Demonstrated skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities

Abilities :

Ability to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with employees, customers, suppliers, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straight-forward, and professional manner

Ability to write clear technical documentation for use by developers and testers.

Ability to learn and support new systems and applications

Schedule :

Full time. Office environment.

1pm - 10pm EST (Mon.- Fri.)

Preferred Qualifications

1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience

Proficient in IT terminology

Understanding of networking and authentication

Familiarity with ticketing system software

Experience in coaching and mentoring individual contributors
