Description We are seeking an IT Audit Manager in the Transportation Equipment Manufacturing industry, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role involves thorough auditing, ensuring compliance, and managing IT systems and controls. The role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and significantly contribute to the company's control systems. Oracle ERP Implementations controls experience preferred Responsibilities: Oversee and execute IT controls testing and operational audits Assist in the transition from Oracle to Great Plains, ensuring data hop integrations controls Collaborate with teams to build and improve IT auditing procedures and protocols Utilize software like Workiva for SOX compliance Interact with senior level management, presenting audit findings and recommending improvements Maintain a deep understanding of audit and regulatory standards, staying abreast of changes and updates Leverage skills in auditing, compliance, and IT systems to enhance the effectiveness of the company's GRC controls Work closely with the internal controls team, contributing to the overall improvement of company controls Assist in the development of audit programs and business systems Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.Requirements Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT auditing or relevant field. Strong knowledge and understanding of Audit Program and Business systems. Proven experience in Auditing and managing Audit Seniors. Familiarity with Compliance laws and regulations in the Transportation Equipment Manufacturing industry. Proficiency in Workiva and ITGC. Certification as an Information Systems Auditor (CISA) is required. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is a plus. Knowledge of SOX - Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. Experience in IT Audit is mandatory. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to lead and manage a team effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements.
