The lead will partner with digital leads and key stakeholders across the enterprise, specifically investment planning and channels engineering & innovation.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Develop, implement, and coordinate demand intake processes & policies and works with other department leaders to define, prioritize and develop epics. Create a model for aligning strategic/annual planning, capacity forecasting and budgeting.
Establish and lead intake ceremonies. Ensure programs meet organization goals & requirements. Manages day-to-day activities of the intake process to ensure marketing and personalization initiatives meet organizational goals (value stream alignment) and intake requirements. Manages intake evaluation meetings with leadership and key partners.
Implement and provide guidance related to demand management processes and guidelines. Capable of resolving escalations, conducting trade-off conversations and managing/maintaining business relationships.
Partner with Marketing Leadership team to establish strategic priorities: annual and quarterly priorities
Uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify and communicate innovative solutions and key decisions to stakeholders.
May have people management responsibilities of a small team.
May play lead role in moderately complex projects or initiatives.

Bachelor’s and ten years of experience in Program/Portfolio management or an equivalent combination of education and work related experience
Previous experience operating in an Agile organization
Meeting management, conflict management, and presentation skills
Ability to plan effectively
Ability to manage client expectations and relationship in a way that results in an effective team environment
Deep specialized and/or broad functional knowledge of portfolio management
Ability to translate business strategies and emerging external trends to organizational and operational tactics
Ability to solve unique and highly complex technical, operational, and organizational problems
Sophisticated analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems
Ability to influence others at senior levels to adopt a new perspective
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA or advanced degree
Banking or financial services experience
Previous experience establishing a demand intake process from conception to execution
