Unit DescriptionSodexo is seeking a Sales Development Representative for ourMarketing and Sales Distribution Center (MSDC)This is a remote role with the preferred candidate residing in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas or Orlando, FloridaSodexo's Inside Sales team is the first point of contact for all sales efforts. They are a tight-knit group with diverse backgrounds comprised of both seasoned salespeople and whip-smart recent grads. The team is charged with kicking off conversations with qualified leads or target accounts and working with companies of all kinds, from Fortune 500 and Health Systems to Convention Centers and Universities, to make them successful and help improve the quality of life through strategic, collaborative and human decisions. You’ll be a part of a team that helps generate demand, interest and excitement for Sodexo’s services while creating a steady pipeline of business to arm the entire Sales organization.Sodexo is the North American leader for Quality of Life Services. As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you are responsible for contacting and gaining access to leaders and executives in organizations of all sizes across a specific vertical.

You identify key decision makers and/or key influencers within an organization across many different departments.

You understand the impact our services have on our clients.

You articulate to prospects how our tools can help their organizations get to the next level with real-time data.

You work well with teammates, like to strategize and plan out creative methods to generate more business opportunities.

You use rejection as fuel to motivate and push you to work harder and smarter.

You’re a self-starter, competitive and driven. You see the bigger picture.

You don’t hit quota because that is what is expected of you, rather you blow past quota because it’s who you are.

A Week in the Life:

You work with Sales Executives to discuss and strategize methods to penetrate targeted accounts with the goal of setting quality meetings.

You make 100 cold calls, craft personalized emails and network on LinkedIn weekly

You work closely with our Marketing team to execute personalized account-based campaigns

You’re a power user of LinkedIn and Salesforce.

You attend 1:1’s, team meetings, trainings, sales calls, discovery calls, etc. to develop your skills.

You collaborate with your peers sharing standard methodologies, best practices and role playing to make sure you’re focused on continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous 3+ years inside sales experience; proven success converting leads to customers

Proven success selling complex, multi-million dollar contracts/services

The ability balance competing priorities and keep multiple stakeholders informed on progress

Technical aptitude- you can learn new programs before and have a knack for picking them up quickly

Working knowledge of a CRM, preferably Salesforce

Experience using tools such as ZoomInfo, SalesForce, LinkedIn Navigator, Outreach, etc
