- Create, design, modify, assemble, and test electrical designs, integrated electronic systems and prototype designs under simulated operating conditions, and record results.
- Evaluate existing and potential new components or systems to determine integration requirements and ensures final solutions meet defined objectives.
- Understand low level hardware drivers and operating systems for integration.
- Work with devices such as: displays, power supplies, barcode scanners, imagers, cameras, single board computers, printers, RFID Readers, gate arms etc.
- Create or modify electrical prototypes, parts, assemblies, and systems to correct functional or design deviations, flaws, and areas of improvement.
- Build, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical instruments and testing equipment.
- Test electrical and electronic equipment such as communication equipment, power devices, computer-controlled hardware devices, computer hardware and other electronic devices.
- Develop, modify, document and test assembly processes and documentation based on engineering designs and implementation methodologies.
- Function as technical contact main point and drive technical issues to resolve.
- Four-year degree in electrical engineering field.
- 4-6 years' in computer electronics, electrical or mechanical engineering environments.
- Hardware: Designing, constructing, installing large computer networks, custom computer systems, embedded systems.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organization.
- Ability to quickly learn new technology and design applications.
- Demonstrates excellent troubleshooting and complex problem-solving skills.
- Works within defined time estimations.
- Familiar with programming languages- C, C, Altium Designer and CAD.
