IT Systems Analyst

IT Systems AnalystBrightspeed is currently looking for an IT Systems Analyst to join our growing Network Operations Center (NOC) development team! In this role, you will report directly to the IT Manager of Development. You will perform a variety of duties to support the business systems and process improvements, including software setup, user training and user support. You will work as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze and validate requirements for changes to business processes and systems. Come help us build the best and fastest fiber-optic network in America!As an IT Systems Analyst, your duties will include:Develop detailed requirements, process documentation, and solution design approaches that satisfy business needs for enterprise application initiativesWork with IT partners to translate those requirements into technical solutionsProvide subject matter expertise to support business requirement definition, process design, implementation of processesParticipate in production incident troubleshooting and solution approach design and recommendationsPerform initial validation, support unit testing, and facilitate UAT as neededAssist in driving initiatives forward from the requirements to implementationPrioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements Act as a leader within our implementation teams, prioritizing product backlog, writing epics/stories, and tracking progress of in-flight effortsOverseeing all stages of product creation including design and development
