Software Engineer

Description Essential Responsibilities:

Design, code, test and manage various applications.

Design and develop software solutions to meet business customer needs. These solutions must be aligned with business and IT strategies and comply with the organization’s architectural standards.

Maintain existing software systems in support of on-going business needs.

Assist with identifying and analyzing business problems with our customers to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with software systems.

Provide customers with assistance and training in the use of corporate software systems promoting efficient business users and effective business systems.

Collaborate with engineering team and product team to establish best products.

Follow outlined standards of quality related to code and systems.

Develop automated tests and conduct performance tuning.

Requirements

Ideal Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field.

At least 2-3 years of experience working with .NET or application development.

Excellent verbal, written, and communication-oriented skills.

Experience developing web-based applications in C#, HTML, JavaScript, ASP, Blazor, or .NET.

Experience working with MS SQL Server and MySQL Knowledge of practices and procedures for full software design life cycle.

Experience working in agile development environment.

Other competencies such as ability to analyze problems, keep software current with various tools, knowledge of workplace decorum, and other basic functionalities.
