Our market positions are an outcome of great work by employees who are committed to serving our customers.The Process Modeling Leader will oversee the execution of the Consumer and Small Business Banking process modeling effort as part of our Business Process Management (BPM) objective. Key responsibilities include:
Provide oversight to the sprint teams that are used to execute process modeling activities
Partner with the Lines of Businesses, Risk and Control team and other groups with managing the process modeling backlog including sprint optimization, sprint team execution and issue resolution
Leverage BPM policy and standards to drive process modeling execution
Lead weekly status sessions used to communicate process modeling progress, issues/risks and other important topics
Work with the broader BPM team to manage the process modeling forecast, sprint team readiness activities, post sprint activities and other aspects of the process modeling effort
Prepare and deliver executive level reporting and presentations that highlight process modeling status, accomplishments, issues and other items of interest
Required Qualifications:
8+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services demonstrated through work or military experience
3+ years of Agile experience
Desired Qualifications:
A BS/BA degree or higher in business or management
Financial services industry experience
Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
Ability to manage complex projects in a large enterprise environment
Ability to prepare presentations, management reporting, and statistical analysis
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
Knowledge and understanding of Business Process Management Notation (BPMN) methodology and modeling
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Strong collaboration and partnering skills
Experience with Agile Scrum (Daily Standup, Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective meetings) and Kanban
Experience using business knowledge and critical thinking
JIRA experience
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
