Laundromat Attendant - Dependable and Friendly - Part Time or More

Are you looking to work in a friendly, modern, and welcoming environment? We're hiring Laundromat Attendants to join the team at the newest and cleanest laundromat in town! We pride ourselves on offering an excellent customer experience, and that includes our high-quality wash & fold services.

WHO? Looking for a dependable and friendly laundromat attendant

WHERE? 911 Laundry Express in Belmont. Just minutes from I-85 and Mt. Holly. 119 E Henry St, Belmont, NC.

WHEN? Shifts available on

- Wednesday: 4-9pm

- Thursday: 4-9pm

- Saturday: 2-9pm

- Sunday: 7am to 2pm

COMPENSATION/PAY? $14 per hour. Paid weekly.

RESPONSIBILITIES and DUTIES:

- Welcoming new customers and showing them around

- Building relationships with existing customers

- Keeping the facility clean and organized

- Assisting customers with washers and dryers as needed

- Inputting wash and fold orders into the system

- Washing and folding clothes for customers

- Helping customers with anything they need

- Maintaining a friendly atmosphere for all customers

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

- Friendly and inviting personality

- Being dependable and punctual every day

- Comfortable standing for extended periods of time and performing light physical tasks

- Ability to use an iPhone and tablet

- Prior customer service experience is preferred

- Spanish is a plus
