Remote Billinqual English/Spanish Customer Service/Tech Support

Looking for a bilingual (english/spanish) customer service/tech/salesperson.

- Incoming calls customer service calls, basically hand-holding and password resets

- Outgoing calls follow-ups to clicks and opens emails from campaigns

- Checking in with existing customers

- Part-time to full-time position based on performance

- Video creation a plus

CRM, call center, sales, tech support experience - a plus, willing to train the right person.
