COIT is a professional, Full service Cleaning and Restoration Contractor that specializes in providing Cleaning and Restoration Solutions to our Residential, Industrial, and Commercial Clients. These cleaning services include: Air Ducts, Area Rugs, Blinds, Carpets, Concrete, Draperies, Dryer Vents, Hardwood Floors, Natural Stone, Tile and Grout, and Upholstery. We also provide restoration services including, water mitigation, fire restoration, and mold remediation. COIT services across North and South Carolina and emphasizes quality, and customer satisfaction. This approach has helped COIT become the fastest growing and most trusted cleaning contractor in the area.

We are currently seeking an Experienced Customer Service Representative that can manage high volume calls and emails quickly and efficiently. This person should have great organization, communication (written and verbal), and computer skills in order to provide our clients with a great experience. Application Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer support role

Track record of over-achieving quota

Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

High school degree

Essential Functions:

Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls and emails in a timely manner

Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics

Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers going the extra mile

Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Desired Education Level:

High School Degree or Higher

Experience:

At Least 5 Years Experience
