Then we should talk!Brightly is looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager, Thought Leadership focused on driving thought leadership and brand to demand initiatives. This person will be responsible for crafting and implementing an overarching campaign strategy to drive brand awareness, market education, reputational credibility and user engagement. The ideal candidate understands how to build engaging integrated campaigns, is knowledgeable about marketing best practices, can develop strong relationships across a company, and has a passion for data-driven marketing.What you’ll be doing· Develop brand to demand programs to engage multiple audiences (media, clients, prospects, influencers, analysts, etc.)· Manage an in-depth quarterly plan and a living annual plan of continuous overlapping integrated campaigns· Work with brand and marcomm to develop a thoughtful content strategy for all integrated campaigns, taking into account product and event roadmaps, and corporate HQ brand programs and thought leadership initiatives· Leverage omni-channel messaging, segmentation and content strategy to create a thoughtful story arc along a planned user journey for an appropriate transition to client and growth marketing· Partner with operations to understand the performance of your campaigns and communicate with the business· Work with product marketing and growth marketing to create an aligned experience for our target audiences· Collaborate with creative, product marketing, marketing operations, client success and corporate HQ to develop and execute programs that drive existing client education and engagement· Report on and continuously improve upon engagement KPIs (impressions, consumption, traction, shares, audience growth, etc.)What you needMinimum Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree required, Marketing or Business preferred· 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with experience in brand marketing, thought leadership and content strategy· Demonstrable awareness and thought leadership campaign strategy, management, execution and measurement is required· The ideal candidate will have experience working in B2B SaaS companies· Experience crafting unique, differentiated perspectives and thematically compelling thought leadership· Excellent people skills with the ability to effectively partner with cross-functional teams· A bias towards action and sense of ownership· Outstanding attention to detail and high personal quality expectations· Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple, potentially competing, priorities and tasks simultaneouslySiemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
