job summary:

We're looking for an Individual contributor role supporting and leading cross-functional, business and content projects within the Project Management Office who can support both the day-to-day running of the business as well as transformational projects, you'll work on a mix of short-term exploratory challenges and repeatable, scalable and cross-functional business projects.

Bring a cross-functional view to our projects to break through individual outcome teams and drive an end-to-end perspective for successful execution.
Have broad project management knowledge and experience and can manage all aspects of a project end to end, including understanding use cases and communicating technically with various teams across the organization, supervising deliverables, achievements, action items, technical dependencies, risks and mitigation plans.
Lead efforts for identification and implementation of changes that will improve the efficiency or effectiveness of our practice and help with continuous improvement and updates to our business processes.
Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional teams to best understand and deliver on business goals and priorities.
Contribute/lead team project status updates and meetings.
Have a strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making.
