Part-Time Bookkeeper Wanted – Kilowatt Electric (Arden, NC)

Kilowatt Electric is a growing residential and commercial electrical contracting company based in Arden, NC. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team on-site 3 days per week, with the potential to grow into a full-time position as our company expands.

Position Details:

Schedule: 3 days per week (approximately 24-32 hours)

Location: On-site in Arden, NC

Pay: $20-$28 per hour, depending on experience

Future Opportunity: Potential to move into a full-time position

Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Reconcile bank and credit card accounts

Process payroll and submit to payroll provider (Housecall Pro + QuickBooks)

Prepare and maintain financial reports

Support budgeting and expense tracking

Maintain accurate, organized financial records

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience (construction or service industry preferred)

Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Excel/Google Sheets

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
