Landscaper needed

We are seeking someone to take over care of our lawn. We are a massage therapy business located in a converted residential home with a front yard that needs maintenance.

We need someone to come mow the lawn every other week. Other needs include pruning of trees, perennials, and roses, spreading of new mulch around the house, weeding the garden bed.

Please respond with your hourly rate/quote. Business is located at 54 Merrimon Ave if you'd like to eyeball the yard. It is not large.

Work needs to be done either before or after business hours so the mowing noise does not interfere with our services. We are open every day from 9 AM to 8:30 PM.
