About our ideal hire:

Has some experience as a barista

Is able to multi-task and be a self starter

Is dependable and has reliable transportation

Has excellent customer service skills

Has weekend and early morning availability: 3-4 shifts per week

About us:

We're a small, independent coffee shop and roaster with a drive thru

We bring cookies, scones and sandwiches from our sister store Trout Lily Market and bake and heat at RER

We guarantee $19/hr. minimum (including credit card tips)

We offer matching 401K after 1 yr and PTO after 2yrs
