Leo’s House of Thirst, Asheville’s most beloved wine bars, is expanding our offerings—and we’re bringing breakfast into the mix.

We’re currently seeking experienced, optimistic, hospitality-driven servers to join our team for this exciting new chapter. If you love early shifts, know your way around a breakfast menu, and thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment, we want to hear from you.

About Us:

Leo’s is part of the family of acclaimed local establishments run by Drew Wallace (The Admiral, The Bull and Beggar, Baby Bull). We bring the same dedication to quality, character, and community to everything we do—and breakfast will be no exception.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 2 years of serving experience

Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail

Ability to work well on a small, tight-knit team

Warm, professional communication with guests and coworkers

Comfort with POS systems, multitasking, and early mornings
