Eligible after 6 consecutive months of employment and at least 1000 hours of service completed.- A happy, healthy work environmentWe expect:- Each team member to be closely aligned with our company's core values- Safety, Teamwork, Excellence & Efficiency, Passion, Service & Stewardship- Be physically fit; this is hard, physical work that requires stamina- High level of quality which means you are responsible to ensure everything is done right- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written)- Able to work independently and as a team member in a face paced environment- Excellent problem-solving abilities.- Responsibility and dependability- Ethics and integrity-At least 2 years of experience in irrigation installation and maintenance-Ability to read and interpret irrigation system plans and designs-Strong knowledge of irrigation system components and functions-Familiarity with irrigation tools, equipment, and materials-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with clients to provide recommendations and solutions-Ability to work independently and as part of a team-Clean and valid driver's license-Ability to work in all types of weather conditions-Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship-Ability to lift heavy equipment and materialsResponsibilities:-Install, troubleshoot, and repair irrigation systems, including drip irrigation, sprinkler systems, and other irrigation-related components-Work with the team to design and install new irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties-Ensure that all irrigation installations are performed in accordance with industry standards and company guidelines-Collaborate with clients to provide recommendations on irrigation systems that best suit their needs and budgets-Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of new irrigation technology and products.-Ensure that all irrigation installations are completed in a timely and efficient manner-Perform regular maintenance and repairs to existing irrigation systems as neededCompensation:- You can expect: 40 – 50 hours per week in season.
