Conservation Pros is a locally-owned company providing energy audits and energy efficiency retrofitting services for residential buildings around Asheville. We are hiring a full-time weatherization technician to join our quality-driven team and help meet our goals of improving our local environmental impact. Weatherization is a uniquely skilled, green-collar trade that improves the comfort, air quality and energy efficiency of homes and businesses. Requirements-

-Driver's license

-Ability to lift 70 Lbs.

-Ability to work in attics and crawl spaces

-Attention to detail, ability to stay alert and follow safety precautions

-Positive attitude

Job description-

Perform services in attics, crawlspaces and other areas including: air sealing, insulation, and crawl space encapsulations. (We do not do install spray foam.)

Assure high quality work. Next to your safety this is our biggest concern.

This job is will at times require exposure to high temperatures and work in confined spaces.

Schedule:

Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 5pm.

Compensation:

Starting wage $17.30-$18/hour (based on experience)
