Paid Canvassers in Co-Op City - REGISTERED VOTERS ONLY

We are a campaign hiring canvassers to support a candidate in the Utica area.

MUST BE A REGISTERED DEMOCRAT

Hours: Flexible

Salary: Hourly rate of $22/hour

Responsibilities

Engage with voters door to door educating them about our supported candidates and the importance of their vote.

Consistently show up on time for all weekly shifts (Early is on time, on time is late, and late is unacceptable)

Qualifications

Excellent communication and oratory skills

Ability to memorize a short script and adjust as needed for audience

Ability to meet goals

Basic computer and interpersonal skills

Able to walk for long periods of time

Punctuality!

Highly motivated

Previous canvassing or phone banking experience, either paid or volunteer, is not required, but will receive preferential treatment.
