Companion Caregivers

Hiring Compassionate Companion Caregivers

We are seeking compassionate Companion Caregivers to join our team. We have clients who require additional care and are welcoming new clients.

Shift Requirements:

- 4, 6, 8 and 12-hour shifts available

- Days and evenings

- Weekend rotation required

- No call-ins permitted

- Ability to work collaboratively with other caregivers

Qualifications:

- Experienced caregiver with knowledge of working with aggressive dementia

- Understanding that clients with dementia are not in control of their condition

- Ability to redirect clients effectively and ensure they complete daily tasks

- Compassionate and patient with clients who require frequent redirection and attention
