Job Description

· Assesses each patient and their needs

· Shows comprehensive treatment plan and documents progress

· Medication management

· Conducts teaching sessions

· Maintains high ethical component

Valid NY state medical license

Must be board eligible or board certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Prior Psychiatric nurse practitioner experience strongly preferred

Active DEA license
