Maintenance/Grounds

Full-time, year round general maintenance person needed for local company based in Oswego with commercial and residential properties located in Oswego, Fulton, Clay areas.

Duties will include but are not limited to painting, cleaning, minor repairs to apts., townhouses, single-family homes and commercial properties; snow removal including shoveling; lawncare including mowing with rider, push mower and trimming. Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs., stand, squat, climb ladder, run power equipment.

Candidates must have a current, valid, NYS drivers license, excellent work ethic, reliable transportation, working cell phone and the ability to work independently and as a team.

We offer: Full-time; M-F 8am-5pm, hourly wage ($17-$19/hr), paid sick/vacation/holidays; insurance
