Contract to Fulltime Handyman Wanted – Syracuse & Rochester, NY

We are looking for a reliable and skilled Handyman to assist with maintenance and repair work across multiple properties in Syracuse and eventually Rochester, NY.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plumbing work (replacing old pipes, pipe leaks, bathroom wall access/repairs, general plumbing issues - Master in plumbing issues)

2. Installation and repair of hot water tanks and water heaters

3. General property maintenance tasks as needed

Pay & Benefits:

$25/hour

Initial 2–3 week trial period; if performance meets expectations, this may transition into a full-time position

Company truck may be provided for property-related work

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with plumbing and general handyman repairs

Ability to work independently and efficiently

Reliable and punctual
