IT Manager

Description Olivia Quinlan from Robert Half is hiring for an IT Manager in Syracuse, New York. The selected candidate will be responsible for spearheading IT operations, ensuring the delivery and maintenance of reliable, high-performing, and secure IT capabilities that are in line with current and future business needs. Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee a team of IT vendors to guarantee top-notch service delivery, ensuring compliance with financial and contract obligations.

Collaborate with implementation partners, subject matter experts, and business leaders to create scalable solutions that meet the company's expanding needs.

Continuously improve IT operations by initiating enhancement efforts, identifying, and prioritizing key areas for development. Supervise upgrades to the company's ERP and MRP systems.

Actively participate in gathering requirements, designing, configuring, and testing solutions.

Provide critical technical direction to establish and implement IT standards, systems, and capabilities, working in sync with the leadership team and business stakeholders.

Foster high engagement within the IT Operations team, setting and tracking individual performance objectives.

Support the IT Operations team in creating and executing tailored development plans.

Manage and improve the company's database, CRM, and EO/IR systems, performing regular audits to maintain data accuracy.

Handle IT project planning, including cloud operations and Microsoft Office 365 configuration and administration.

Oversee IT security management and disaster recovery strategies, ensuring data protection and operational continuity.

Requirements

7+ years of experience managing the IT infrastructure of a company

Experience with End User Services Versatile in Service Desk, Office 365 Experience with Access Management services

Proficiency in Auditing, Computer Hardware, and Configuration Management is required

Proficiency in IT Security Management, Information Security Management IT Project Management is a must

Familiarity with MRP ERP System, MRP Inventory, MRP System

Experience in Service Delivery Management, Patches, Computer Security

Proven expertise in Budget Management, Disaster Recovery Plan, Disaster Recovery

Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery is essential

Experience in Cloud Operations, Cloud Administration

Business Intelligence, Business Strategy and Reporting Tools (BIRT) is necessary
