Job Details ANCC RESPONSIBILITIES: Assess, monitor, and administer medication, document progress, and overall management of care for the Psychiatric patient population. Partner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, attending physicians, Registered Nurses (RNs), and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction. Mentor, supervise, and evaluate the team to reach their full potential and inspire continual professional growth. Advocate for and build meaningful relationships with patients and their loved ones through safety intervention, emotional support, and education. Have working knowledge of OMH law and MHLS. QUALIFICATIONS: Passion for Psychiatric/Behavioral Health Nursing 5+ Years working RN experience in the Inpatient Psychiatric setting 2+ Years leadership or charge nurse experience Previous experience with psychiatric patients preferred BLS certification required Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Salary Range USD $54.06 - USD $62.71 /Hr. This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
