Maintenance Technician

Property management company is seeking a motivated individual to join our team. Skills required include basic plumbing and electrical, painting, drywall, flooring and basic maintenance/repairs. Furnace and appliance repair preferred but not required. Must have drivers license and reliable transportation. Position is Monday through Friday with rotating on call.
