Carpenter (Working Forman)

Houseworx is hiring multiple WORKING FOREMAN for ongoing residential and commercial projects!

Key Job Responsibilities:

Perform basic to high-end finish carpentry tasks

Ensure employee and subcontractor work is being done on time and to the set standard of quality

Report project progress and set-backs to the project manager

Oversee onsite safety

Working Foremen are expected to have

Master (or near master) carpentry skills

Basic knowledge of other trade work

Basic understanding of general scope and sequences of various project types (i.e kitchen renovation, decks, etc)

Effective communication skills

A strong work ethic and reliable transpiration

Pay rate is based on experience. Typical pay rate range is $30 - $35/hr. Houseworx benefits include:
