Auto Technician/ Shop manager

Looking for a reliable non- smoker- drug addicted alcoholic automotive technician. I'm looking to retire from this within a couple years so have been trying to find someone ambitious enough to either buy the place or at least manage it while I'm away especially in the winter. Pay will be based on past experience and knowledge.
