Automotive Mechanic Wanted

We are a small family owned and operated Automotive Repair Facility. We offer NO weekend hours, a retirement plan, competitive pay and possible bonuses, tool purchase reimbursements, vacation/sick pay and a small life insurance policy.

This is a full-time Automotive Technician role located in Rochester, NY. The Automotive Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as outlined on repair orders and as requested. This includes inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing electrical, mechanical, and other defects as well as performing routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations. The Automotive Technician should be able to provide exceptional customer service by explaining the necessary repairs and answering any customer questions when needed.

Pay based on experience

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Automotive Technician with references

MUST have own tools

MUST have a valid NYS Inspectors License

Ability to efficiently complete work within specified timeframes

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Willingness to continually improve technical knowledge and skills

MUST possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record
