Fabrication Specialist-Welding (Webster NY)

Job description

Duraframe is a manufacture of steel fabricated panels and curved track items for the commercial construction industry. Fabrication Specialist works within a team under direction of the Team Leader to accomplish requirements set out by Production Manager and Team Leaders. Welding knowledge is a plus, but not a necessity for being considered for this job. We also currently have openings for Team Lead positions based on experience.

Required Skills:

· Basic knowledge of Steel Framing Assembly, or be trainable

· Reasoning Ability

· Basic Math Skills

· Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions, correspondence & memos

· Education – High School Diploma or GED

Preferred knowledge:

· Knowledge of construction industry.

· Forklift Certification

· Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy

· Welding skills
