Sidewalk Snow Removal Operator

Help Wanted: Snow Shoveler- This position is only when it snows, not a scheduled work week.

Looking for dependable individuals to help with snow shoveling for HOA sidewalks, Responsibilities include shoveling/maintaining sidewalks and clearing pathways to ensure safe access for pedestrians.

Details:

Location: Victor NY

Hours: Must be available 24/7 during inclement weather events

Pay: Above average hourly rate $30+hr Depending on abilities and quality of work

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old

Reliable and able to work long hours in cold weather

Must be able to lift 50lbs

MUST HAVE TRANSPORTATION- We dont supply rides to jobsite

THIS POSITION IS ONLY WHEN IT SNOWS. ANYTIME DAY OR NIGHT

No experience necessary—training provided!

WORK ALL WINTER WITHOUT MISSING 1 EVENT- $2000 CASH BONUS HANDED TO YOU APRIL 1st 2026

Must work all events and be on site in a timely manor (within 45min of being called)
