Position Overview:

We’re looking for a hardworking, hands-on Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work and thrives in a dynamic environment. You’ll be responsible for delivering, installing, and servicing hot tubs, while also building strong relationships with clients. From heavy lifting to troubleshooting, every day will bring a new challenge and an opportunity to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver, install, and test hot tubs, often involving physical tasks such as moving and positioning heavy equipment in client locations.

- Perform service calls to diagnose and repair hot tubs, including troubleshooting and routine maintenance.

- Replace parts and ensure all repairs meet quality standards.

- Provide excellent customer service repair procedures.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (required).

- Prior experience in mechanical repair or a similar field (preferred, but not required).

- Physically fit and comfortable with manual labor, including lifting and moving heavy objects.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to work.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

- Basic computer skills for logging data and sales.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required).
