Kitchen exhaust/Hood Cleaner

Looking for experienced Kitchen Exhaust/Hood Cleaners to help part-time, with advancement opportunities. The job entails morning and night meeting times. Must have a vehicle and driver's license and be willing to drive company vehicles sometimes. The starting wage is $22.50 per hour. All employees will be paid at least four hours regardless of the job taking 2-3 hours. An additional $22.50 will be added to your pay every hour after four hours. I am looking for someone reliable and always on time. Leadership is critical and must be willing to help improve operations with ideas, creativity, and overall camaraderie. If you are a good fit after 12 weeks of positive work performance, you will be given a raise to $25.00 per hour. 6 months after that, you will be bumped up to $27.50 per hour, and after your first year, $30.00 per hour. Our jobs include hospitals, schools, nursing homes, and colleges. Our company DOES NOT DO restaurants, bars, or fast-food chains. This helps reduce the grease we have to clean per job and is often a pleasant surprise for any former hood cleaners. again, the hours are all over the place, but we generally work at night and some mornings.
