Cleaner and/or Handyman – Evenings

Looking for detail oriented and conscientious applicants who enjoys working mostly independently but can coordinate with others on occasion.

Cleaning Tasks Include:

Mopping floors

Cleaning bathrooms

Vacuuming

Washing windows

Handyman Tasks Include:

Painting, light plumbing, light electrical, garden beds maintenance, replacing door closers, light carpentry.

Experience in landscaping or the trades a plus but not required for cleaning position.

Paid sick days, paid holidays, bonus for excellent attendance.

Start time is 6:30 p.m. Monday–Friday (is flexible, will work with your availability.) This is evening work.

20 – 30 hours a week (is flexible, will work with your availability).

Weekend work is available.
