KITCHEN

We are seeking an experienced Cook to join our Country Club! Pub on the Green located on the premises of Ontario Golf Club. You will assist in preparation, cooking and presentation of meals in our professional kitchen.

Responsibilities

Prepare all served food

Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours

Memorize, record and comprehend menu items

Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Adhere to all sanitation and food prep codes

Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils and appliances

Maintain professionalism with all staff at all times

Sweep and mop kitchen area daily
