Engage with Patients: Greet, register, and schedule appointments while ensuring accurate data entry.

Deliver Exceptional Service: Address patient questions and concerns, providing guidance and solutions with empathy.

Coordinate Care: Manage missed appointments, cancellations, and arrange interpreters or transportation as needed.

Collaborate: Work closely with providers and clinic staff to ensure smooth transitions and workflows.

Ensure Accuracy: Keep patient information and clinic schedules up-to-date and error-free.

What You’ll Bring

Experience: A minimum of one year in customer service or administrative roles.
