Home Health Aide Trainee-Paid Training begins February 4th

Role and Responsibilities Train to provide personal care and supportive services to individuals in the community, in the privacy of their home.Essential Functions

Train to provide health-related services as outlined in the plan of care, authorized by a physician, and established by a registered nurse or licensed therapist, under the direction of the Aide Matrix established by the NYS Department of Health.

Train to provide assistance with personal hygiene, housekeeping and/or other related supportive tasks to a patient with health care needs in his/her home.

Train to be able to complete and submit necessary patient documentation including charting tasks and observations on android device.

All other duties as assigned.
