Property Caretaker

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Caretaker to join our team. As a Caretaker, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our facility. Your attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks will ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our residents and visitors.

Duties:

- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including replenishing supplies

- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly

- Maintain outdoor areas, including gardening, lawn care, and snow removal

- Monitor building security and report any suspicious activities or safety hazards

- Assist with minor maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or fixing minor plumbing issues

- Respond to resident requests or concerns in a timely and professional manner

Skills:

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment operation

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
