Area Delivery hub Coordinator (Otago)

As our Area Delivery Hub Coordinator, you'll be responsible for supporting the daily operation of the Otago Delivery Hub and coordinating the activities that keep deliveries, installations and stock movement running successfully. Working closely with the Area Delivery Manager, Installation Specialists and a range of internal and external stakeholders, you'll help plan workloads, coordinate delivery activity, manage inventory accuracy and support team performance across the hub. This role combines operational coordination with people leadership and is ideal for someone who enjoys being visible on the floor, supporting their team, solving challenges and driving great customer outcomes. Some of your responsibilities will include: Coordinating daily delivery and installation schedules Supporting and coaching Installation Specialists and hub team members Managing stock movement, inventory accuracy and dispatch activities Monitoring delivery performance and resolving operational issues Coordinating fleet readiness, vehicle compliance and equipment availability Maintaining accurate operational records and reporting Supporting recruitment, onboarding and team capability development Promoting a strong health and safety culture across all hub activities Working closely with stores, distribution centres and third-party providers Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities This is a varied role where you'll spend time both coordinating operations and providing practical support across the hub when required.
